Dave and Kristy purchased a creek house in March of 2020, just as the US was beginning to quarantine for the COVID-19 virus. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect! With their newfound time, Dave and Kristy decided to take on lots of projects that they wouldn’t have otherwise had time to do within a few months of purchasing the house.
After four months of pressure washing, peeling wallpaper, painting, drywalling, tiling, landscaping, dock repair, carpet removal and lots and lots of cleaning, Cypress Sunrise has a fresh, clean look and is ready for guests!
Cypress Sunrise was built in 1983 and is located on the Pawleys Island creek. The exterior features all cypress siding and offers stunning views of the sunrise over the island. This three bedroom, two and a half bathroom single-family home will provide your family with plenty of room for that perfect getaway. The wrap around, screened porch offers beautiful views of the creek and a cool ocean breeze, as well as a relaxing spot for coffee, cocktails and company.
