We are excited to announce that we are the new owners of Cypress Sunrise. First and foremost, we want to express our gratitude to Dave and Kristy for all the care and effort they’ve put into making this home such a welcoming and comfortable place for guests.

Our journey with Waterford Heights began on a memorable spring break vacation last year. We rented a nearby property, and immediately fell in love with the area. After searching for a beach getaway for nearly two years, we knew we had found something special. We currently live in Maryland on a small farm with our teenage son and our 10-year-old golden retriever. With our son soon heading off to college, we decided it was the perfect time to make the leap and find a place that would be our retreat as empty nesters.

Renovations

As new owners, we’ve completed a few updates to refresh the space while still maintaining the cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made this home so special in the first place. We can’t wait for you to see what we’ve done!
